First Use

Upon receiving your wig, please remove it from the box and gently shake the style into place. The wig's hair may appear somewhat misshapen due to packaging. Shaking the style will quickly restore its form.

Never comb curly wigs, as this could comb out the curls!

Wigs with straight hair can be combed into shape with special wig combs or brushes.

Please refrain from using hairspray or similar products (as long as the wig is not yet your property). Wigs treated in this manner are excluded from exchange/complaint.

If you have decided to keep the wig, it is of course possible to style it with special styling products.
