Questions about our payment methods

Yes. For orders to Germany and Austria, we offer our own purchase on account option with a payment term of 14 days.
If this payment method is available for your order, you can select it directly at checkout.
Additionally, further purchase on account or financing options may be available via Klarna.
Yes. For those with statutory health insurance in Germany, we offer billing for a prescription wig with the health insurance provider, provided the criteria for coverage are met.
