Shipping

Your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the next business day after the goods arrive in stock. Delivery usually takes between two and four business days, subject to availability.

If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you via email about the estimated duration, provided you have provided an email address during the ordering process.

Shipping within Germany is free (for orders over €25).

Shipping is carried out discreetly.

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Deliveries are only possible to addresses in Germany, EU countries, as well as Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.

All shipments are handled exclusively by DHL.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping to EU countries, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland has a flat rate of €10.00.

Free Returns via DHL

If you decide to keep a wig from a trial shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs within Germany.

Please contact us regarding this matter.

If returning the entire order, please ensure that the return shipment is sufficiently prepaid at your own expense. Unpaid return shipments will not be accepted!

Please include the delivery note with your return.

Please ensure that tags and labels remain attached to the item, and the original packaging is undamaged.

Wigs and hairpieces must not have been styled, colored, or cut. The item must be free from odors, makeup residues, or other signs of use.

Otherwise, we must exclude returns for hygiene reasons.
