Your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the next working day after receipt of the goods. Delivery usually takes place within two to four working days, subject to availability.

If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by email of the expected duration, provided you provided an email address when ordering.

Shipping within Germany is free (for orders over 25€).

Shipping is neutral .

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and EU countries as well as to Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

Delivery is exclusively via DHL.

Shipping to EU countries as well as to Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland costs a flat rate of €10.00.

Free returns via DHL

If you decide to purchase a wig from a delivery on approval, we will be happy to cover the cost of returning the wig within Germany.

If you are returning the entire item, please ensure you pay sufficient postage at your own expense. Returns without postage paid will not be accepted!

Please enclose the delivery note with the return shipment.

Please note that any labels or tags attached to the item have not been removed and that the original packaging is still undamaged.

Wigs and hairpieces have not been styled, dyed or cut, the article has no odors, makeup residue or other signs of use, otherwise we will have to rule out return due to hygiene reasons.
