ordering process in the online shop

1. Shopping cart

By clicking the " Add to cart " button, you select the products you would like to order. Your selection will then be placed in the shopping cart.

By clicking on the button “ Shopping Cart ”, “ Checkout ” or “ View Shopping Cart ” you will continue with the ordering process.

Until you submit your order, you can change your order selection in the shopping cart at any time by changing the quantity of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the trash can symbol or canceling the order process.

Now select the shipping method and the desired payment method.

In the “Comments” field you have the opportunity to send us a message.

By clicking the button " Checkout " you will go to the next ordering step.

2. Address and delivery details

Important: No registration is necessary to place an order with us!

Simply enter your address under “Are you new to us?”

If you already have a customer account, you can easily log in with your user name and password.

As a new customer, you have the option of setting up a personal account. The advantage: you are always informed about the status of your order. The next time you place an order, you only need to log in with your user name and password.

By clicking the button “ Next ” you will go to the next ordering step. 

3. Check and confirm order

Check that all information is correct. You can correct it at any stage of the order process. 

Note: Please do not use the browser navigation (back/forward) for this, but click on the ordering steps mentioned above.

You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions (check the box).

By clicking the button " Complete order " you send your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer. We will confirm receipt of the order with an automatic email.
