First use
Upon receiving your wig, please remove it from the box and gently shake the hairstyle. The hair of the wig may appear somewhat misshapen due to the packaging. Shaking the hairstyle will quickly bring it back into shape.
Never comb through curly wigs, as this may brush out the curls!
Wigs with straight hair can be combed out with special wig combs or brushes.
Please refrain from using hairspray or similar products (as long as the wig is not yet your property). Wigs treated in this manner are excluded from exchange / complaint.
If you have decided on the wig, it is of course possible to style it with special styling products.
How do I put on the wig correctly?
If you have a lot of your own hair, it is best to use a wig cap. Place the wig at the forehead against your own hairline and pull it back. Align the small springs attached on the sides evenly in height in front of the ear, and pull the wig down to the hairline at the back of the neck. The size of the wig can be adjusted at the back of the neck using the built-in elastic bands.

How do I style my wig?
You can style wigs with straight hair using a wig brush/comb or your fingertips. Gently shake strongly curled wigs and separate the curls with your fingers. Curly wigs should never be brushed through.
Your wig is designed with a basic cut, but you can achieve small changes through your own styling. Tuck your hair behind your ears for a change or use hair accessories. You can create different looks with just one wig. Try it out! However, most wigs only need to be shaken and shaped with your fingers.
Wigs with wavy cuts and loose waves should only be brushed lightly, starting at the ends and then gently working upwards towards the top of the head.
For straight hairstyles, start at the ends, just like with wavy styles. When all the hair is well separated, brush your wig again from the crown to the ends; this gives the hair a silky, smooth appearance.
Combing or brushing too vigorously can damage or pull out the hair. A synthetic wig is always pre-styled by the manufacturer and normally does not need long, complicated styling.
