First Use

Upon receiving your wig, please remove it from the box and gently shake the style. The wig's hair may appear somewhat out of shape due to packaging. Shaking the style will quickly bring it into shape.

Never comb curly wigs, as this could comb out the curls!

Wigs with straight hair can be combed into place with special wig combs or brushes.

Please refrain from using hairspray or similar products (as long as the wig is not yet yours). Wigs treated in this way are excluded from exchange/complaint.

If you have decided to keep the wig, it is of course possible to style it with special styling products.
