Free returns via DHL

If you decide to keep a wig from a selection order, we will gladly cover the cost of returning the remaining items within Germany.

Please use our returns portal to create your return label.

If you return the entire order, the return shipment must be sent at your own expense and with sufficient postage. Unpaid returns will not be accepted. You can also purchase a discounted return label through our returns portal.

Please include the delivery note with your return.

Please ensure that all labels and tags remain attached to the item and that the original packaging is undamaged.

Wigs and hairpieces must not have been styled, coloured or cut. The item must also be free from odours, make-up residue and any other signs of use. Otherwise, we may be unable to accept the return for hygiene reasons.
