Free returns via DHL

If you decide to purchase a wig from a delivery on approval, we will be happy to cover the cost of returning the wig within Germany.

Please contact us regarding this matter.

If you are returning the entire item, please ensure that you ensure that the return shipment is sufficiently stamped at your own expense. Return shipments without postage paid will not be accepted!

Please enclose the delivery note with the return shipment.

Please note that any labels or tags attached to the item have not been removed and that the original packaging is still undamaged.

Wigs and hairpieces have not been styled, dyed or cut, the item has no odors, makeup residue or other signs of use,

otherwise we will have to rule out return due to hygiene reasons.
